II. Warranty Policy

1. Products under warranty

All products provided by Nasys are covered under this warranty policy. This includes both hardware and software provided by us.

2. Warranty Conditions

2.1. Hardware Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty, the product must still be within the warranty period. All components and devices must have a Nasys warranty seal, which must be within the warranty period, intact, without signs of tampering, erasure, or being torn and blurred, and without signs of intervention or repair by unauthorized parties. Customers need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to receive support.

2.2. Software Warranty Conditions

Only warranty the software program errors for the functions of the existing Nasys software product.

Program errors are understood as: Errors caused by the programmer, not due to objective reasons or caused by the user.

3. Warranty Methods

At Nasys, all devices are warranted free of charge throughout the warranty period. For newly purchased products, if defects due to manufacturer errors are detected within 15 days, the customer has the right to exchange for a new product. In the event that there is no stock available for exchange, we will negotiate for the customer to select another product of equivalent value or refund the full amount paid.

Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to products or devices damaged by external forces. After 15 days, the product will be accepted for repair; if it cannot be fixed, Nasys will provide an equivalent replacement product, which does not need to be brand new.

In cases where repairs take longer than 24 working hours, we will provide an equivalent product for the customer to use temporarily. The warranty processing time is usually from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the specific case.

4. Warranty Period

The warranty period for Nasys products is 12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, any technical issues that arise will be repaired free of charge by us.

5. Cases Not Covered by Warranty

5.1. Hardware Warranty.

Cases not covered by warranty include:

  • Products damaged due to user error.
  • The product is out of warranty.
  • The product has been altered or repaired without permission.
  • Damage caused by viruses, malware, or external influences.

5.2. Software warranty.

Cases not covered by warranty include:

  • On documents, data, balances, and other accounting tasks.
  • Resolving issues caused by hardware failure or viruses.
  • Data errors caused by user mistakes, etc.
  • Application infrastructure errors (network, operating system, etc.).
  • Providing additional training for program users for our customers.
  • Errors not related to program errors are identified in the support and warranty terms of the contract.

6. Warranty Method

Customers can exercise their warranty rights by contacting the customer care team via the provided phone number or email. The technical team will inspect and confirm the product's condition before proceeding with the warranty.

8. Shipping costs for warranty

The shipping costs for sending the product for warranty will be borne by the customer. However, we will provide free one-way shipping when the product is repaired and sent back to the customer.
